Find Out How We Can Serve You
Our team of professionals is committed to helping you find the right solution to your tax problems. We will work with you to file back taxes, end wage garnishment, avoid property seizure, stop levies and liens and resolve your IRS problems. You don’t need to put up with the harassment and intimidation from the IRS any longer.
We can help you with
Once a wage garnishment is filed with an employer, the employer is legally required to collect a large percentage (usually 30-75% or more) of the taxpayer’s NET paycheck and send it to the IRS. Having a huge portion of every paycheck handed over to the IRS can make it difficult to pay the bills and make ends meet. We can help release this garnishment on your wage and discuss other options for paying off your debt.
If you can’t afford to pay your back taxes in full, the Offer in Compromise program provides taxpayers with the opportunity to pay a small amount as a full and final payment. Taxpayers who attempt to file for an OIC on their own often put themselves at risk of not qualifying for a settlement or they end up paying more than they have to. We’ll help you determine if this is the best solution for you. Oftentimes, it can help resolve an otherwise overwhelming situation.
The IRS is serious about collecting on the debts that they “say” you owe. We can stop the IRS from taking money out of your account, within 8 – 12 business days. We can help you through this process by obtaining necessary documents and working through alternative solutions.
If you’re experiencing severe economic hardship and still owe taxes, your debt may be deemed “currently not collectible.” If you really lack any income or resources to pay off your debt, you can place your account in CNC status. When your account is considered CNC, the government is temporarily unable to come after you with wage garnishment, liens, or levies. We help you determine whether you’re eligible for CNC status.
If you can’t currently pay your back taxes in full but could pay them back over time, you can negotiate a reasonable monthly payment plan with the IRS. Once an IRS Payment Plan (also known as an Installment Agreement) is established, the IRS will not enforce collection action, including the levy of bank accounts or wages, as long as you remain current with all filing and payment obligations. We’ll help you negotiate the best plan you can afford.
